Got Cold Iron Vambraces today in Stonebrunt Mountains off named kobold Rognarog the Infuriated.
Whoever said that this drops off the king only is incorrect. I just got a set of these fighting the warlord. Since I didn't need them I simply sold them. Got about 2pp. Would think you could sell these in EC for 15pp or maybe 20. Not much more.
This, like all the plate cold iron toys with +svs magic on it, drops off ONLY the King. =) You will have to eat a harmtouch of 281, give or take, before engaging a nasty mob that still gave me troubles in my early 30ies solo. (I'm a bard--I had to snare/fear kite) I got a pair of these this evening.. just one. He mostly dropped nothing. =( This, and shoulders. That's it. ::sigh:: But.. I know I can find some younger person playing who can use it :)
And.. yaknow.. they could have made it chain so Iksars could wear it.. oh well. -_-
