i got it.... its bixie only mez =( if you cast it on anything else it says,"This creature does not meet spell requirements" =.-.(.
This would be the perfect "Oh Crap" escape tool for those that can not FD. IF it truely can be used on any creature that is and not just on these over-grown bugs.
It doesn't look like a bad finger slot item for the level you can get it; the bixie mez is only 30 second duration, with a 3 minute recast timer tho. Which imo, would limit it's usefulness; might come in handy if you were trying to make it to a zoneline to escape, and had mobs beating on you.

With the Honeycomb Blaster being a bixie only snare, I'm wondering if this is a bixie only mez. Knowin Sony, and considering that there was nothing in the spell info that said the HB was bixie only, wouldn't put it past them to make this seem too good to be true.
