Got this one while hunting for the Queen's hammer. Was pretty surprised that it wasn't flagged prestige like most (weapon) augments. Neat one for silver/FTP players.

This augmentation get's resisted by everything, I have yet to land it on any creature i've fought, even while farming items in low level zones (30's - 50's) this gets resisted. I have this on my level 70 bard's offhand and all it does is get resisted. Kind of a shame though, because it offers a nice damaging proc effect if it would land, 125hp dd proc isn't very bad in my opinion. If you're going to kill Queen Eletyl for her specific quest, get a different augmentation, do not waste your time with this one, it just eats up a aug slot, then you gotta waste money to get it taken out.
