Clerics wear plate type armor, Rangers wear chain type armor. That's why. Rangers weren't meant to tank, they were meant to hit.

About time a good peice of armor came out for rangers. Damn this armor kicks a$$ anyone know what it looks like? color? ect ect

The skyshrine quest armor appearance is a golden ry'gorr look. Thus, is the reason I use my DE mask from here on out =p

I do agree though rangers do get pretty bad choices of items. Maybe Verant is in the process of making some decent SK armor.
