I recently tried doing the quest from Devan to get the bauble and as it turns out, I think the quest is broken. the Gm's told me it's not high on the list of priorities since I'm the first to do the quest since Dec, so this is just an FYI: the brew barrel at the Minohten camp doesn't drop the Minohten Short Beer at this time.
It did today.
