I killed cliffstalker numerous times and never even heard of this dropping. What a nice weapon. One thing though... How can you have a piercing weapon and a Rogue cannot use it?

Cliffslalker's rare drop - I've only ever seen this once and I've killed him numerous times once I heard he can possibly drop an Arms pattern (still a myth at this point!).

Drops the necklace most every time and a pattern.
