I got one of these things off one of the high level critters in Kithicor long ago. I had no idea it was a GM event, just seemed like a typical night in Kith to me.

Traded a warrior-only weapon I had for this for my shammy on T-Z server. I haven't used it but once because I want to get my skill up, though. Nice damage, but the delay stinks, guess I'll have to wait until I get my haste spells to get full effect. I MIGHT be interested in trading for some higher-end gear for my shammy, but I'm sure if I did, it would be after lengthy negotioations.
