I am guessing this is the latest Beta reward from testing "The House of Thule" I logged in the other day and noticed it on /claim
It is confirmed in the Sony forums, that this is indeed the case. This Gumdrop Button is one of the beta rewards for having participated in the beta of "The House of Thule" expansion in August-October 2010. If you earned sufficient beta participation points, you would have obtained this in your /claim window a few days ago, inside a 4-slot small bag, together with an experience potion of some sort.
If you participated in beta, and got some points but did not reach the threshold of beta participation points required for this gumdrop button (I do not know the cutoff), the claim instead contains a "Bottle of Adventure III" (not in a bag).
Note that my intepretation of the Beta Non-Disclosure Agreement says that specific details of how the beta participation points system works remain covered by the beta NDA, even though the rest of the NDA has been lifted just before the launch of House of Thule. However, this level of info should be OK.
