Quest is given by Merchant Makesn loc -182, +561 in Blightfire Moors at the outpost.

Merchant Makesn says 'Hail to you, traveler, and welcome to my humble store. I pray that your [adventures] have brought you more luck than mine.'
You say, 'What adventures'
Merchant Makesn nods, 'Moving here from my hamlet has brought no end of misfortune down upon me - the only consolation I have is that [business] is brisk with all the passersby stopping here to restock. Ah, sorry, I didn't mean to be so [depressing].'
You say, 'Depressing'
Merchant Makesn sighs and stares off into the distance, 'Very well. It gives me no comfort to speak of these things, but my [daughter] is missing, and there is the matter of some stolen [property] that meant the world to me.'
You say, 'What daughter'
Merchant Makesn says 'My wee daughter of six. She has been missing for several days now and I am wrought with heartache, wondering what [happened] to her.'
You say, 'What happened'
Merchant Makesn says 'Lucinda took a fancy to the fairy lamps that inhabit this place. Sometimes I would let her run and play with them till long after the sun went down. As the only child in the camp, they and her doll, Molly, were her only real friends. Then, on one fateful evening, she ran out of my sight for but a [moment].'
You say, 'Only a moment?'
Merchant Makesn says 'Yes. She bolted into the brush over yonder, to the east, chasing an especially large fairy lamp. I called for her to come back and got no answer. When I ran over to the brush, she was nowhere to be found. No matter how loud I screamed her name she did not answer. The entire camp frantically searched for her. We turned up nothing. The only clue I have to her whereabouts is that during the search, I distinctly heard what sounded like the cackling of an old [woman].'
You say, 'An old woman you say?'
Merchant Makesn says 'Yes, an old woman. Of that I am sure. It was not till I explained to the camp the cruel laughter I had heard that someone told me the tale of the [witches] of Blightfire Marsh.'
You say, 'What witches?'
Merchant Makesn says 'They say they live deep in the marsh, preying on children when they can find them. What they do with them, I do not know - nor I fear do I want to. I beg you, if there is any mercy in your heart, please find my dear Lucinda and return her to me.'
You have been assigned the task 'She Haunts My Dreams'.

Not a fair fight for a 61 Cleric
Now I'm not gonna tell you how easy it was for a lvl 61 cleric to beat up a probably level 35 mob... I'll leave that to the boneheaded noobs that waste space with "Oh yeah that Crushbone Legionaire was a piece of cake for a lvl 70+ SK, 65 necro and a 73 Warrior" type posts :)

As you hand over Lucinda's doll to Makesn, tears began to well up in her eyes and flow freely down her cheeks. She quietly thanks you for attempting to discover what has happened to her daughter and asks to be alone for awhile.

Now the only reason I think this quest is disappointing is that it's another one about a killed child... Follow up quests from Makesn would probably be nice. Such as one taking out the Grey Witch who obviously killed the child. Even though I know there is a quest involving taking out all 4 witches. Or maybe a cleric quest involving Rezing the remains like we do Characters in the game and escorting her back to her mother. Now how cool would that be?
