To everyone camping for these, these do NOT drop at the Chef camp. Well, they may, but extremely rarely. I had both bundles (and a couple pages) drop for me in the NE corner of the zone within half an hour.

This is one way of several to complete the Ancient Tomes quest. Collect the 2 Bundles of Brittle Parchment (same name, different picture), or the 3 Tattered Scrolls, or the 4 Torn Pages, and combine in the quest-givers book to receive a Runed Diamond augment.
