This is one way of several to complete the Ancient Tomes quest. Collect the three Tattered Scrolls (same name, different picture), or the 2 Bundles of Brittle Parchment, or the 4 Torn Pages, and combine in the quest-givers book to receive a Runed Diamond augment.
