I've been leveling my alts in Crescent Reach ever since the expansion came out and this is the first time I've ever had this shield drop. :P

This is exceptionally rare, almost to the point of stupidity. I just received my first drop of this today and I've leveled (normally, without PowerLeveling) dozens of alts through Crescent Reach. Since TSS was launched.
