Can Enchanter pets (specifically; ALL pets, even Charmed/Dire Charmed pets, in general) equip and gain benefits from summoned jewelry like this?

My pet casts no spells whatsoever, so I know the Foci mean diddly-squat. But if I hand a full set of Aenda's jewelry to my pet, will it gain the benefits of the ac/hp on the items? Or will they just be wasted?
