Vorsirus,

I put you in charge of the Sunderock quarry in hopes that you would raise the abysmal productivity of our slaves stationed there. I need not remind you of the tonnage of metal required to crush the Crusade sent from Crescent Reach. Our adversaries are not amateurs. They have already recruited several renowned adventurers to aid their cause.

To prepare for the coming war, I will keep the Scarlet Legion garrisoned within the walls of Ashengate.

The Gray and Black legions will hold Direwind along with our "allies" the gnolls. The Green Legion, I place under your command.

Use my forces to hold the mines. Continue drawing ore from the valley floor and free the undead dragon Vergalid. If he can be bent to our will, the Crusade of the Scale will scatter before our combined might.

Do not disappoint me again.
