If a person is actually hunting this for the quest, be prepared to clear alot of goblins. Pit Fighters spawned far less than Grachnist the Destroyers for me, and Pit Fighter Dob once in about 12 hours of killing altogether.

On progression servers the Goblin Fort is heavily farmed (at least in Kunark era). You have a much better chance of getting this as a rot. As some think any nodrop quest item should be sold for krono you may just be better off running around and looking for abandoned corpses.

I asked an iksar monk what this was for before i looted it he said he didn't know...so now I a warrior have it and have no use for it:<(
This item is used in the "Trooper Scale Arms" quests in The Overthere. Talk to Xlixinar Arcut (a named scorpikis) for more information. The final product is only useable by Iksar Warriors.
