Good advice, if I recall correctly, many of the Serpent's Spine Charm of Lore items are /open to get.
for a little more precision. pos 929.96 pos 45.60 pos 9.6 while standing on the dang stones..straight ahead looks at left side of dragon's neck nearing shoulders

its by head not by its tail its a small rubble of stones

you can find the ancient rocks near the sporali decompsers on the way to the goru'kar mesa zone. they are on the opposite side of the dead dragon from the road, near it's tail.
