To get these, you need a few more levels under your belt. Try about 30 or more of them. To find quests more suited to your level, do an equipment or quest search for rogues on this website.

im a 20lvl rogue and dont have crap except for the black wolf armor that you get for turning in calf hides in halas i was hoping that i might be able to get some addvice on some quests to get some better armor and weapons any info would be helpful
