This is used for 'The Agony of Uncertainty' task. It is the 2nd task given by Y'ssuria the Eldar in Cresent Reach, a drake by north pond. You need to draw the Scale of Veeshan found north of zone in to Ashengate. I found you can perform task from very end of platform. 1st task of 3 (as far as i know)is 'Sanctity of the scale' and must be done. they all take place in Ashengate.
You need a 'blank canvas'

What is this for? When i right click it it tells me "You can't see the scale to sketch it from here."
