This is clearly the best waist slot item for a Necromancer, no doubt about that.
10 int, 100 mana and above all 100hp! With Arch Lich I can turn those hp's in even more mana and those 100hp add up to Lifeburn when you let that one loose...
I woud kill for this girdle.
Venomia Dae'Monix Supreme Warlock of X'Agon Officer of Necromancers Antonius Bayle.

I disagree. Unless you are going to be chain casting pets this is not the best for a necro. No *the* best would be a Blood Cord or Dwarf-slaying belt. Course those belts are reserved for those playing in the top percentages. I know I would wreck my dragon and dorf faction to get a Belt of Dwarf-Slaying for my necro.
By far the best belt in the game for a Necro is the Bone Clasped Girdle : +4 AC +7 Str +7 Sta +7 Dex +75 HP +75 Mana effect is Extended Affliction 3. I would give up 25 Hp and 25 mana any day of the week for extended damage on EVERY DOT ! This includes lifetapping DOTs.

Actually, two years later and after they took the peridot cost off the high-level pets, if it wasn't for the high mana cost it might now actually be worth chain-casting them in some instances.
Either way, I'd still be quite pleased to get this belt for my Necro today...
I think Dik got flamed enough for his post... so I'll just let the good job the other below me did stand alone.
However congrats to anyone that has this. It is very nice. The 8 AC is nice too. This is an awesome item for anyone that wins it. I would prefer it to have some dex on it though.
Personally, I think clerics should get first dibs on this. There is really no reason for a cleric to go to Fear except to help out. They get next to zero loot as it is. Fear is, in my experience, 6-7 hours of shear boredom for to gain. Anyone rolling against a cleric for this is depriving that cleric of the ONE chance he/she will see to get anything out of the raid.
My god Baron van Dik... i hate people that just go on raids cos of loot. I am personnaly an enchanter and usually i get even less than everyone else and sometimes i have the privelidge of actually getting some lot. maybe after 20 or so hours of raiding i will get 1 piece but that is quite a lot still. casters get much less loot than probably any other class with the exception of monks who have a hard time getting better armour. Only with the introduction of SoL did casters really get any chance other than SS armour (which cant go to anyone else anyway) of getting much loot. Think about that before ********* Im not saying that i get too little loot... i love raiding and i love my char's gear... but just try to think that maybe other people dont get everything on a raid like you seem to think they do. Like Ishtarra said above, ". Every caster needs HP and manna...plain and simple. I support clerics and melee in the Ice House in Kael where I have no chance of getting armour drops. Just part of being a team player." there you have it
It would be a travesty for this item to be given to a cleric without other casters being allowed to roll on it. Every caster needs HP and manna...plain and simple. I support clerics and melee in the Ice House in Kael where I have no chance of getting armour drops. Just part of being a team player.
Let's not forget the Shaman who went to buff and slow. This would be an amazing item for my shaman, and there are only about 2 other items that drop here that she can even use.
It's items like this that keep my enchanter coming back to Fear =) The only thing that would make it sweeter would be +10 Cha ;) Too bad my guild keeps getting ks'd everytime we schedule a plane raid.
This certainly exists - I was lucky enough to win the roll on the kill of Dracoliche. Helps to have good poison resist (had almost 200 with bard singing). We had about six groups, wasn't that hard with this many peeps. I was one of 29 rolling on it though ;)
Wow, umm..my monk would love to have this...0 weight, and ac8...omg, its a monk dream come true! (ok, ok...i gotta stop...just teasing the monk posters that claim it all...>=)

Seriously, I dont a lvl 46 would even be able to group with anyone to obtain this. They have to hang way back until several groups destroyed it and allowed the lvl 46 to loot it.
Yeah especially when that lvl 46 char was, say a Cleric who previously saved your ***** or Rez'd your **** after you got beat down. Or maybe it was a Tank who jumped infront of you when a mob was beating you down and took the damage him/herself (maybe even died because).
The idea behind a raid is TEAM WORK, hence all loot goes to everybody who can use it, regardless of lvl. Now if the character sits back and does nothing, you may have a point, but if they just happen to be lvl 46, your statement is rediculous.
Please stop being bitter that you lost the roll and a lvl 46 char got it. He went through the same troubles to get there as you did so chill butch.
the minimum level is listed as 46, because level 46 is the minimum level to get in the zone. as for "grouping to get this," a cold front will cross the styx before a single group kills draco.

Odd. You would think, with a name like this, it would have a negative to CHA stat or something... oh well, it's not like i'm complaining, as I'd love to have this item :)
