My screen dump for June 4, 2008 shows it as no trade.

I got 10 of them from the Akins 1 quest. Each contains Distillate of Comprehension. Required level 5. Spell effect increases the ability of the user to store mana. Potion Belt enabled.

I have sent a jpg image of it.
