I agree, the dmg/del ratio is great for offhand. I used it from level 25 through 45.

I can not say enough about this weapon for a low level Drak Monk or any tanker.
The quest is easy and the only drawback I see is the weapons graphic is rather sad.
My monk used this weapon until around level 40 and the only reason it was replaced was the poor monk needed better stats.
