I got this in hate a few nights ago and I can confirm it procs for my level 52 ranger. Hits for 161 at my level, procs pretty often.
This one is a keeper all. I got this weapon off of the named in Plain of Hate. The maestro of Rancor. He was a mob for my pally epic bridge quest.
The weapon procs often and hits well. My bard wears it and i love the proc damage i get and use it with a dagger i get procs from as well. Neat weapon not so common everyone has one and i got it the old fashion way. The weapon has proced on bard since i got it. The info on weapon says proc will hit at lvl 0 so would guess its good to go from one.

This has a 2% increased chance to proc over the default proc rate of weapons (according to unknown070 value).
Tarantella (italian) is a kind of south italian dance. The dancers twitch and jump around furiously, looking like they were stung from a tarantel (actually they bite, the poison released while biting hurts like $($/) hence the name "Tarantella" (stung from a tarantel).

Actually, I find it to be a clever use of language, and fits well with the encounter.

Anyone know the level this thing procs at? I assume its 60 or more...
Better yet, who all has one? What level are you and does it proc for you, or not?

I got mine at 61, but I didn't actually notice doing 160pt proc until 62.

Was just asking in guild and was told 60 as a almost sure.

I have one and I have been lvl 65 the whole time i have had it though, so its procced pretty good for me the whole time.
