Soft Wicker Sleeves  

 

I saw these drop 3 times in a short period in stonebrunt vs. not at all in the Warrens (where I had managed 2-5 of most other pieces in the same timeframe). Putting the set together for my undyed old-geared monk being the reason I was hunting this in 2013 on a regular server.

Edit: just dropped off "A Raging Kobold Savage" in stonebrunt.
