The timer for the creature to repop, whether it is the named or the regular is roughly 19-20minutes, and to get to him, go through the east doorway after you go through the first doorway, from when you enter Ashengate, follow that hallway, until you come to the wide open room, where you will come across in the NE corner where the named trainer pops at, and keep going straight across there, until you come to the next hallway, follow that, until you come to the ledge, where the drakes are at, and follow the path up to the building, where you will come across a few guards, and head straight back to the dead-end room, where you will come across either the named, or another creature with "Quartermaster" in its name in the center of the 3 creatures(Drakkins) that sit in that little room, and if the servers have recently been down, and nobody has been there since then, it will take a while for you to get him to pop, so, be patient!
