I laugh like that everytime My 63 Monk uses this with that mace with "flagulation", or what ever the heck it's called...has a 600 some proc.
With 40% haste He takes Mob's down in big Chunks !! No lie. With His 800 Disc. and each of these procs going off twice each per fight, (mostly) Mob's do drop in big CHUNKS Heh Heh. When Mob's do that "stick" thing at 50% and like 20%, where They can't be hit for a couple ticks it seems,.... not anymore...seen these 2 procs knock holes in anything...lol, @ His lvl that is.

The in-game Item description has been changed to reflect the info proc that is listed above. I will try to remember to send in an updated ss tonight.

the spell description on the item says it's 386 damage, yet alla's says it's 482 to 506
Pretty common drop IMO. In Two hours there my group got him to spawn 3 times and he had it on him twice.
Selling for 250kpp on The Tribunal. No way in hell it's worth that much.

This dropped in the Legionaire camp also by a red con named. Cant remember his name but the first part of it was "Chaplain"
