Akkirus' Crown of the Risen  

 

First off, I took forever trying to figure out where this guy was, by lookin at maps and reading posts. None of it helped cause skyshrine had it's NPC's moved around at one point and all the information will just throw you off.

From the pool where statue and zone to Cobalt scar are, head north through the gates, and take an immediate right.
Then head as far east as possible, where you'll find a path that turns right, follow it and you will find a room with another small pool in it. Head left, and up the stairs from here.
Then take another left at the next stairway. At the top of this stairway, take another immediate left.
Take yet another left when you see it, then follow path until you see a bridge on your right. Cross that bridge, and walk into the teleporter you will see on the ground soon. From here, follow the path upwards and keep going until you enter the maze.

The maze, plainly put, is a pain in the ***. Forget the maps, just follow these directions:

Follow wall right, until you see a teleporter on the ground. Step in teleporter.
Follow wall left until you run into a teleporter.
Walk straight until you teleport.
Turn around 180 degrees, and walk forward to teleport.
Go straight, through gates, and click on globe.
Take the door on the left, and first room on your right is the room with the NPC for cleric armor is.

Sounds hard, but after somebody showed me the first time, I never got lost on my own.
