This weapon was handed to me at the low age of 4 in December of 2000. It helped me through lvl 4 to lvl 20. Now I am 68 and i am 1.5ed, so don't bash this weapon. It is one of my favorites.

For my ranger this is better than a PGT cuz this only weighs 2.5 and doesn't drain my stamina bar after two mobs.

Ok i hate it when some 1 comes out saying Velium wepons are like Fine steal...NO its Not Try hitting a magic only type mob like a whisp with fine steal,..Velium is Magic base, Affect: Velium shards, nice Frost looking. and its great for lower level players.and by the way im going to start selling Focused Ethereal Long Sword soon , i have a bunch i got from a vendor. and the stats are real..i guess ill try to sell them for 40pp or so..Lets not forget the shiping and handling

The main reason I put that initial message up was so that, if you felt the need to flame, don't flame the item, or Verant, or any of the usual outlets most people take. Flame me if you need to. I'm an adult, I can take the abuse. Nothing new to me...

just increase plat drops no need to bother with fine steel like crap unless verant puts in quests like a npc has a bounty and weapons are proof of kill...

It's funny how people complain about weapons with bad stats dropping off 50+ monster but don't complain about FS weapon dropping of them. Just sell it to a vendor or give it away, don't have a fit.

Because almost every time an item gets posted lately, someone somewhere has to whine about it being just that. I guess people don't like it when the submitter challenges them to find out for themselves whether it is or not. *shrug* Not my problem.

who cares if it is fake or not it is a crappy weapon. The PGT and Silvery Axe (1hander one) have better stats in my opinion.
