OriginalI attached this to a weapon that already has a level 50 proc. I am only level 40, so i chose this one to put on the weapon. I'm not getting any procs, only "Your will is not sufficent to command this weapon". Is that the level 50 proc or because it has a level 50 proc do i cant proc the level 40 one?
edit: It does proc, just really really rare for me. : \
