They seem to have upgraded the effect a small amount. My memory isn't all that clear, but I think it's either 20 or 25/tick. Still almost useless in terms of damage, but think about the agro effect of this and the DD/Stun proc gem. And the fact that you don't have to do 20,000 LDoN adventures or waste Radiant and Ebon Crystals if all you want is a little boost.
For my baby warrior, I'm buying a couple of the storebought augs to see if the healing or the agro is any use. Every little push counts when your pocket wizard is taking a beating and you need to peel the mob in a damn hurry.
