Certainly. This information is all available at www.EQtraders.com, but I will save you the trip.

1) Sea Tempers - Made by brewers, triv is 135. You need 2 Mugs of Sea Foam (Drops from Seafuries and from the Isle Goblin King in OOT) One Saltwater Seaweed (Fished in OOT, No Drop tho, so whoever bres the temper has to get the Seaweed) and one bottle of Fish Wine.

2) Chani jointings - 1 Metal ring, 1 Smithing Hammer, 1 File, 1 Flask of Water. Smithed, obviously, the triv eludes me atm. Metal rings are smithed by combining 1 Large brick of Ore, 1 File, and 1 Flask of water in a forge.

Happy Hunting.

Saltwater seaweed is no longer no drop, as of a few patches ago. So you can fish seaweed while you're medding or healing between fighting cyclopses, and take the seaeed to someone else to brew the tempers for you. However, most smiths brew their own tempers for convenience's sake, since it's not too hard or expensive to raise brewing.
Can I wear this?

My lv 33 war serves the Tribunal. Can he wear these or does he have to be a Zek worshiper?

Nope, he can't wear this. Only Rallos Zek followers can wear this particular piece. However human smiths can make versions of this for these deities (recipe same as above, just different imbued gem): Erollisi Marr, Innoruuk, Mithanier Marr, Rallos Zek, Karana, Rodcet Nife, and Bertoxxulous.

I made these, the first and only ones to exist. I showed some friends in trade window, and those %^$#^ submit it and try to steal all the glory. If they put their neame there they'd get a smack down like they wouldn't believe. Oh well. its HUMAN racial armor, by the war, mister trolls and ogres. And same to you inkys. 3 Small Bricks of HQ *high quality* ore, makes a large block when put in with water into a forge. 3 large bricks and water makes a block. a block, smithy hammer, and water makes a sheet. 3 of these sheets, sea temper, chain jointing, leather backing, Plate Greaves Mold *same as fine plate*, and an Imbued Jade, and Smithy Hammer of course, in the Freeport Forge in warrior guild.. I also have the arms, 11 AC +6 str +2 sta. Its red-rust colored, same as Iron Oxide, 1 resin dyed fine plate.

Yep, it is human cultural, only humans can MAKE these, though humans, half elves, and wood elves can wear it. So can barbarians, high elves, and small races. This particular piece of armor can be worn by any plate wearing class that's a human, half elf, wood elf, high elf, barbarian, gnome, halfling, or dwarf, that follows Rallos Zek. (However no plate wearing high elf can follow Rallos Zek, as the only high elves that can wear plate are palladins that can only follow Tunare! Also dwarves can't follow any of the deities this armor can be imbued with, don't know why their listed on here).

Good question, id like to know how to make it and what components are required, rough estimate of material total cost would be good too :)
Why not Darkies
# Mar 01 2001 at 9:10 AM Rating: Default
What i dont see is why Dark Elves cant use this. We are the same size as the others who can wear and can worship Rallos Zek. Plus, for those of us who worship Rallos, we cant wear the Tier'Dal imbued stuff. Kinda got the shaft IMO. Well thanks for hearing my rant and good hunting to you all.

it's cultural armour??? darkies have their own cultural armour, why dwarf can use it though is beyond me

It's religious armor, too. Dark Elf Warriors can worship Rallos Zek. What gets me though is.. No Dwarf can worship Rallos Zek, I guess because their main religion is opposed to Rallos Zek.. read the EQ stories to know why. I can't believe Verant doesn't know this, and we do.

All who can worship Rallos Zek:

ALL Warriors, EXCEPT Iksars and Dwarves.
ALL Bards.
Ogre Shamans.

So the item should be:
WAR BRD SHM*
HUM BAR ELF DEF HEF HFL GNM TRL ORG

Which leaves out Iksars, Dwarves, Erudites and High Elves. It's so simple.

(*unless they wish to restrict it, because it is plate-based..)

Dark elves have their own cultural armor, go get some. (Although unfortuantely Rallos Zek worshipping dark elves get screwed out of the imbued stuff. That's what you get for not following Innoruuk! Still, you can wear the non-imbued dark elf cultural.) Actually dwarves can't wear this particular piece anyway, as they can't follow Rallos Zek (or any other deity this can be imbued with, either!) All races of bards can follow Rallos Zek, as can most races of warriors (only dwarves, iksar, and vah shir warriors can't.) And of course any class of ogre can follow Rallos Zek, who created the ogre race.

Well, that being the case, post on the EQ board and perhaps you will get someone's attention... or submit a bug report. Tell EQ, not us. All we can do is commiserate with you, we can't fix the underlying problem. Good luck tho, `cause I agree with you. Dwarves shouldn't be wearing this stuff, Inkies should.

agnostic?
# Feb 28 2001 at 10:38 PM Rating: Default
Hey if you're agnostic can you wear these? I know with the marr's promise you have to follow mithaniel marr but if you are agnostic you can equipp it.
RE: agnostic?
# Mar 01 2001 at 7:15 AM Rating: Decent
No you can't. These are only usable by those that follow that god. It is Imbued with their power.
RE: agnostic?
# Mar 01 2001 at 3:13 AM Rating: Default
Hmm? I'm a High Elf Cleric that follows Tunare and I use Marr's Promise as my shield. (A bit heavy, but it'll do) I would doubt that an agnostic could wear a diety restricted item though...

Sirchturren is correct. Marr's promise is not restricted by deity (although maybe it should be), as my warrior who worships Rallos Zek uses one. Also, deity restricted items are FOR FOLLOWERS OF THAT GOD ONLY. Why would a god give those powers to non-followers?

Ogres can make their own racial armor. This is made by human smiths. Ogre shamans can imbue stuff for ogres to make.
