My 34 monk was in a group in the OT and I noticed the warrior healing himself in between pulls. I asked him how, and he sent me the link for this item and told me he got it as a multi quest. Someone handed in the no drop part and he handed in some gems or something he bought in bazaar.
Wow! At the level your supposed to get this, a 100hp heal is "nice" but not life altering. But at his level it makes him a super twink - a warrior that can solo with almost no downtime.
If anyone has the MQ for this on sale on Tholuxe Paells, send me a tell (Agrio) - I'll make a warrior just for this.

hehe, only prob with that is faction, this particular bp needs favorable zek faction and preferably non kos rif and KT factions to turn in, plus the 12 sec cast time kinda sucks, but hey its better than nothing lol.

Best BP in the game was found in Vex Thal recently off of Aten Ha Ra himself. 80 AC and stats far better than this with an effect of Vengeance.. which is kind of like FT for Warrios. Adds attack and for each item with Vengeance it stacks, pretty useful. Although I'm not sure what the cap is..

but in reguards of power needed to obtain and risk versus reward this one is far easier to come by.... if it ever drops, grrr.
Actually, Rizlona's BP is the best so far, but it's bard only (87AC+Tons of stats). For all other classes, the Heavy Yttrium BP is a better choice even though it has lower AC because of the stats and saves on it. Personally I'd be happy to see A warrior BP drop. I'm still wearing an Engraved Royal BP and have yet to see even an Indo BP drop anywhere. It's really starting to **** me off. Half my armor is already Myrmidons, the rest is Champions and my BP is worse than an Indo BP. Thats @#$%ed up, if you ask me.

UPDATE: Now Raex's Breastplate of Destruction is the best BP. Man, it never ends.

So for all of you that say Chestplate of Fiery Might is the best BP there is are wrong, ask anyone...

I heard of guilds not seeing the Plate BP drop in well over 300hours in westwing ToV
After 3months raiding ToV my guild is lucky to have 3 of those beauties amongst our main tanks

Aye tarnished bps in wtov are really not that rare. You might see none in a typical 4 or so hour raid, then again you might see 2-3
One thing you can be certain of you will see a lot of crummy leather boots and bracers so get those cash loot (MQ) dice warmed up =P

Try a single leather tunic in about 10 trips.
Worse than the dresses, saw two of those in same time.

true on the tunic, ive done wtov a whole bunch and ive seen 2 plate bp's, i think 5 chain bps, and a big fat 1 leather bp

The main object for a warrrior is to tank! not have buffs up their helmet. Usually when you have a group of like 24 there is SOME sort of preist/caster that can give you resists. just my to cp
resist buffs that can be dispelled...
for an MA/SA etc AC and HPs then resists maybe, for a non-MA/SA etc tank, resists are just as if not more so important than AC.

wow, uh thanks, but i got one last question...what does invigorate do?
invigorate is a self only 90point heal spell casting time is about 12sec.
alot of ppl confuse this effect with the cleric/chanter/shammy spell invigor

Posted: Oct 12 2001 at 10:54 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Becuase Verant thinks we warriors are a GREAT Class and SHOULD rely on groups to get exp. we can barely solo anything at all anymore and if they gave us a BP with a hitpoint buff or a AC buff we wouldnt really need to group or rely on other people.. ie. Druids mostly.

Just btw, this BP is not, yes you heard me right, not the best BP in th game. Currently, the best BP in the game is the Breatplate of Fiery Might. 60ac, huge amouts of other stats, and eff of regen and some other stuff

how come all the warr bp's have the effect invigorate? its on a cobalt bp, this bp, bp of the myrmidon, bp of the champion, and bp of the zerker(berserker) whats up wit dat?

this BP is amazing, but its not somthing you just walk over and pick up, i heard the AC on it was upped to 69 not sure though, you have to be in a uber guild to get this stuff, and when it drops is usually merited to main tanks , its not like you can show up at like 50 and they give to ya, unless you in a super uber guild, then maybe, most of the gems for all the armor you can just go buy, if you are high enough to get this , you should be able to afford to buy the gems, very nice piece of armor, dont see to many of them around

what is the best chest item that a iksar warrior oo SK can wear? I know they can't wear plate armor. Doesn't it make it alittle unfair for Iksar at this level? At the beginning the natural AC helps but what happens when you want to try to get your "Uber" armor?
Umm.... Iksars can wear this... THey usually apply under the all classes part.

That would make sense if the Breastplate weighed bout 300pounds.. they were quite heavy in Medival times.. but everquest.. characters are buff

True enough in medieval times plate weighed like 300lbs i agree, and EQ characters are superbuff I also agree with you there, but the fact of the matter is that this breastplate weighs 245 lbs. Now you are confused i know doubt understand, but you must remember that it is 17.5 stones. A stone is 14 lbs.... do the math.

Holy jesus christ, 59 AC, plus 16 STA and 90 HP. Fook me, thats just insane. Highest AC BP i can see using the Advanced Search bar.

wait a sec,... looks like you got some holy poo on you there bud, the most ac on a single breast plate available (to warriors that is) is the breast plate of firey might, 60 ac, but i still like the stats on the warlords better, bigger melee based stats.

the best warrior BP is great shadow platemail 80ac 25str/sta/agi/dex 30sv fire/cold 125hp off vex thal. your chestplate of fiery might cant even compare with its 60ac 7str/str/sta/dex 5agi 7wis/int/cha 7 to all saves 30m/hp sure it has MORE stats but no where near better
