From a previous post on other gems it sounds like they come from lvl 50-55 mobs in the Sirens Grotto. Nasty place. I don't think I'll be visiting there for a few levels.

PS the Corroded Armour drops in Kael Drakil off high level Giant mobs.

Actually.. Flawless Diamonds are from Dragon Necropolis, and we've also had them drop in Velketors near the Castle area.
