The merchants I sell to will give me 26 plat for this thing. Consider it worthwhile merchant fodder despite the crappy stats.

I know it looks like crap. Heck everyone on my raid said destroy it. I eneded up with 3 of them since they are not lore.
I saw that they are not needed for quests or anything so I decided to just sell it to the vendor.
Well, well, this shield with my normal 45 cha was fetching 50pp. I only wish I had looted more.
So it doesnt look like a gem, what they hey, it gives me pp like it were one.
So when your the ML, plz loot these, and then split the pp with your group. They will be happy.

it is a cracked painel shield maybe you need a fer other things and you turn them in for the paineel shield

No way this can be for anything but a quest. (Well I guess you could wear it but that would be just silly.)
I'd have to agree. Just which quest, though, is uncertain.

wouldn't you think that the AC on a shield that you need to be 45 to get would be better.

It better be a quest....that AC is worse then shields giveing out in 1st level quest.

The mans right! Dark shield of Ebon is 1st level and thats like 3 to 5 ac if I remember and it can go on your back!
