What does it mean by minimum level? Does that mean I can not complete the quest until level 45, or the item wont proc for me until 45, or I just dont have a prayer of finding the required items until 45? Im drooling over this stuff!

Its a lvl 59 cleric spell. This is the Celestial Healing upgrade which is a 1500 heal dot (tested it myself) over 5-10 seconds. Even though I dont got the breastplate, 300 mana a pop for this is pretty efficient (almost makes remedy/divine light almost obsolete).

The same bp drops in the PoG. I got one last night. It's a very nice bp.

Honestly... even discounting the two extra AC on the Kael BP... I'd rather have it than this one. +5 Str is better for most Clerics than +5 Dex is. Especially when you're a whimpy High-elf like me.

Pffft you the one that is new. The str buff you talk of is not a long steady lasting one like the druid str buffs. It ticks off from max and eventually tics negative for a short time. Cast at the wrong time and you are hoping gate works or divine allows enough time to run while you go encumbered. Add to that having to constantly monitor and recast. Would you want your cleric paying attention to health bars or their own str in a heated battle? Not to mention it would require the use of one of the eight spell slots since the effects dont last long.

Get a clue before you flame someone :)

and dex helps channeling so when you gettin smacked you can still get you heals off, better than 5 pounds of loot i would say.

Dex has nothing to do with channeling. Verant has verified this and many other people have tried it to.

I'd prefer to have the mana, personally. Strength is not a problem. But then I am not a wimpy high elf. I was smart when I started myself <wink, duck, and run>.
