Odd Mole is an undercon btw.. Hits hard for a lvl20.
One of the preceeding old posts says he depops quickly. This is no longer true. He now runs back and forth between the middle of the room and a dead-end corridor. Yellow con to a level 19.
item is now no drop and mole is a quick little bugger
runs from doorway to table to doorway then down the corridor a bit then back to original doorway and despawns, find that the more you kill on this lvl the faster he spawns

The item drops off the little odd mole in the top of the tower of Kurns in the FOB. The item is for the trooper scale armor quest. The l=mole is a quick pop and only last 3 seconds. The room with the table is where he pops ever hour and runs and despawns.
I dont belive the item is No Drop, it will sell for 35pp to a NPC.

The Tiny Collar that drops IS no Drop, and you can't get anything for it from a vendor. Just tried today.
