Can this arrow be made or does it only drop off mobs? My fletching is at 180 and would LOVE to start making some killer arrows like this. Well, see you all soon in Norrath. =)

Fletching revamp hasn't been completed yet. Like other poster said, you can make similar arrows so its a trivial point in any event (ummm, pun intended). Actually, you can make arrows of much higher damage with better range.

This is a bolt also. Usually bolts are used with Crossbows... I think thats what this is for. That Coldain Crossbow that no one can use yet. We'll see if Verant makes it to where we can actually use the crossbow.

Silver Tip (4025)+ Ceramic shaft (1165)+ Parabolic Fletching (42)+ Small Nock (26)= 5dmg 150rng Magic arrow, 10 arrows per attempt.
I do this at skill lvl 167 and the prices are with warmly faction and 83 chr in EC.
