I was camping good ole Red Eye again today. Was killing everything that passed by with my 57 necro. Was going at it for about an hour and saw Kwinn. Dropped quin and about 10 min later the Halfling walks by. Killed him and he dropped a full set minus a bracer of black no drop armor rogue armor, a foil and A Stien. Not a sloshing stien. He is definately still in the game. Thirty min later I finally got Red after killing Kwinn again. All three passed by mud hill on the north side but Red was way out there along the North zone line. In the rain I nearly missed him.

I just killed the Halfling Swashbuckler, I watched him spaw the Loc of his spaw was Pos 2122 by Neg 1939. i found that Kwinn the OUtlander is his Ph'er. i killed Kwinn twice and the Halfling showed right after his death. hope this helps somone.

Killed him in FV on Sept. 7/2004 so he still exists. just very very rare. I was there for a week before i saw em spawn. Everybody says red eye jack is rare but i saw him like 8 times before i saw the halfing once.

I also just killed the halfling swashbuckler, but he didn't drop "a sloshing stein" but just "a stein". Hope that works as well. It is a no drop, lore item. So I assume that it is what we need. August 20, 2004
This stein does not drop off the revenant anymore, and the Halfling in FV is no more, or so says the God of Knowledge Allakhazam. So any idea where is this to be found at this point?

I killed 'halfling swashbuckler' today about a half hour ago June 23, 2003, and received the stein to complete the necro quest.
