As far as I know items cannot have a recast time, that is why they compensate with unusually long cast times on unlimited charge items.

This effect increases the regeneration rate of all members of the group by 15. It lasts 15 minutes as well.

At 15 a tick that would make this item better than the also very hard to get Elder Spiritist Breastplate

heh, its VERY MUCH better than the ES breastplate. Regrowth of the Grove is a group version of the spell regrowth. And has better stats than ES breastplate to boot. Anyone know what the look is on this thing though?
