I have to say it. Really I do.
What does Verant think; everyone's a barbarian or dwarf that can have 100 str at creation? The extra HP's are nice, but they weigh too much for our class (taking the weaker rogues into account), and too much for planes armor in general. No effects so far, either.

by the time you're high enough to get into any of the planes, STR will not be an issue. Plus, most of the groups you'll get into someone will ML. I carry two full bags of extra gear for their right click effect (mrylokar gear, bracer of the hidden, jboots, shrunken goblin earring, embalmers skinning knife for bandages, etc) along with another bag full of food and water. With my full gear and extra stuff, I'm generally around 95-105 weight and still have room to carry another 100 but I rarely have to do so. My other packs are usually empty since the cleric ML to cover their peridot cost. At the end when the group splits, I get my plat and any rolls that I win.
