Off a rare orc named Jen Sapara in the orc fort! He spawns once every million orcs.

but he'll spawn faster if you kill the common spawn dorc that posted this...

P.S. I don't think there are many orcs in the western wastes, though I could be wrong (never been there)

I would bet the mobs name is Jen Sapara or something similar. Most of the dragons in WW drop a talisman like this and they're usually named after the dragon I think.

Guys each named dragon in ww drops a Talisman and it has there names on it. For example, I have draazak's talisman which has identical stats as does Ayillish (sp). Some are worse but I think this one is the best that we have seen so far.
