Can you stack items with extended enhancment? Such as this necklace and say, a cloak with extented enhancement - to get 30% extended buff?

Easy is an understatement. 61 Mage, cast level 61 air pet, put summoned armor, blades of walnan, and muzzle of mardu on him, hit pet attack, 5 cancel magics, and three nukes. Dead.

Amen to the people that say this guy is easy. I solo'd him with my 64 paladin. No problems whatsoever. Just using pally haste and buffs as well. Made for a nice gift to my fiance's enchanter just before she dinged 60 =)
I see the price shown above and laugh. When I look at the data behind the prices there is always someone who reports seeing the item in the bazaar for some obscene amount.
Today I saw a recondite bandit ring in the bazaar for 30k. Things like that are to attract folks with their new E-Bay toon who has too much plat. this item is usually sold for 1k to 4k depanding on the server, and the idea that the average regular player of EQ would pay 19k or more seems a bit far fetched.

Just sold one today on Bertoxx server for 7K .. Was a fast sell too. Since the inflation, this had been sellin for 6 to 10K .. sometimes 12. Time will tell if it goes back to the 3K i bought it for 6 months ago.

I have traders on Luclin and FV server; the amulets usual price is 1-3k (sometimes a bit more). This doesn't appear to be a "hot"selling item. I usually have it for sell for an average of 2-3 weeks before someone will by it at 3k.

man this guy is so cake. i have been dropping him every 6 hrs for the last 24 hrs. lol. so far, 2 heads, 1 Amulet, 2 Enticement of Flame spells, and 1 Celestial Healing spell. no one on my server goes back to look at this guy and heeping him in the room is easy. 61 necro here. get in room (have Max Ally faction with Coldain) Arch Lich, cast LoZ and then med back to full. send in LoZ, Annul Magic twice, Splurt (to see if MR is gone) then Vex, Ignite Blood, Pyrocuror, Funeral Pyre, then Shadowbond pet. sit and med. he CH's everytime i have fought him, but only once and then pet interrupts his castings there after.

Homie's a wuss. 61 Druid partnered with 60 Cleric alt... Elixir / Fire DoT's plus Fire Based Nukes... cake.
Only dropped the head when I killed him. Sucks... hate faction hit for no reason. Hopefully THIS time he drops the Necklace.

This is the ONLY Extended Enhancement 3 item for Shamans, that alone drives the price up. Problem is it also fits in the same slot (neck) that the easiest to get Mana Pres 3 item fits in (Crystalline Torque). Decisions, decisions.
Black Cord of the Virtuous is Shammy useable, with EE3 and some pretty nice stats to boot.

Decision is easy, you play with your Crystalline Torque and only wear your Amulet of insight when you're buffing people (likely at raid 's startup or on joining group). When buff process is done, switch to your Crystalline Torque. Nothing really hard to understand.
Focus items are situational items. The most known and used situational item is the Black Fur Boots you get when advancing in your epic and its instant sow. You will soon or later find better items and only wear them when needed (you're running, sow is fading, you wear them on, click them, put'em back in bag). You have to consider this item mostly as a secondary item. Well, i'm using one myself, and i'm the first enjoying my +15% length buffs :-)

Unfortunately this item is NOT useable by beastlords! I picked one up as part of a trade and tried to put it on only to find out it was less useful to me than a rusty dagger! What a let-down.
Hmm, I wonder why it's so much higher on MY server?

I managed to pick these up in the bazaar for 7kp a couple of days ago. I checked today and the cheepest one was 10.5kp. There's another for 11kp too. Guess they run high on Tunare and I was lucky to get the "low" price I got.

I bought this in the bazaar on MT for 3kpp. I also saw one for 1500pp, but couldn't get to it fast enough. As an enchanter this piece is great for the extended enhancement 3. My hastes, GRM, and clarity last longer which is very nice in a fast paced group. I don't have to worry about buffs as much. The int is a little low, and the ac is low too, but I can accept that sacrifice for the extended enhancement.

Item has changed since last patch, now it is extended enhancement 3
Spell haste 3 simply gives a casting time reduction on spells above level 44. It does nothing at all for anything but the reduced casting time on the spells.

Actually this is the way spell haste (and all the new focus effects) works : Effects followed by a I after their name affect all spells lvl 20 and under, effects followed by a II affect all spells lvl 44 and under and effects followed by a III affect all spells lvl 60 and under with a few exceptions ( complete heals and the wizard DD spells for dragons and giants only are the only that come to mind at the moment, think there may be a few others, not sure though )

what exactly does the new effect do..i know it stacks with my line of haste spells "shaman" and i can tell it improves my speed...but i would like an expert answer as to exactly what it does.. compare to haste 1..thanks

When you get places you need the resists for both cold and magic, this is a decent item to have in your resist bag, or simply bring up an alt with.
Sighted it in Kael on a vendor tonite for about 2600pp with ally and 119 charisma at the time. Guess someone was so disenchanted with it that it didnt really float their boat to vend in EC hehe.
But for resists...it doesnt suck so dont put it down if you dont need it just dont USE it silly peeps!

Just wanted to say thank you to Kobo my friend, who gave me a lvl 35 Shaman this, :) & yes I wear it over my fang amulet of calling ) wis not quite as good but wow the stats :)

it says this is a common drop. im no expert, but id say this is worth 1k max to someone who doesnt know much about foriegn items. My wiz has a +4 int necklace(primitive) which i would replace with that one(for the resists since i play on tallon). this is more of a clr/dru/shm since they use the wis, str, sta more. but who would pay 20k for it? by the time you acquire that much, there are better items to buy...

i just started killing in icewell this week, i'd love to see this drop or the bindings that kaavin drops...why? i don't have better.
the crysoberyl talisman is better, but this adds cold and magic resists, which...going on a vox raid i would love to have...granted...there are better...but it's not crap...it's not utterly useless
