if anyone could tell me ingredients for making any imbued fine plate armor please send me email:
LaminiBraveKnight@yahoo.com

or here

I have 183skill in smithing
I sell FP armor all the time, i dont spend pp on skilling up, i sell, and skill up as I sell.
I know you have a cleric imbue using a "Diamond".
Now do you imbue the ore? the metal? or the BP itself after its all made already? Thanks
Please say that since I already have a set of fine plate armor, that I can imbue it NOW, after its all already been made.

First, go to www.eqtraders.com and learn all you can about the fun-filled joy that is cultural smithing.

Ah, you're back. Allow me to address your points in order:

1. Too low. I suspect all the pieces I've succeeded on at 185-195 skill were due to dumb stupid luck.
2. The diamond has to be imbued by a 29+ Cleric of Mith Marr
3. Field plate is different than fine plate.
4. Therefore, you cannot get any fine plate piece converted into imbued field plate. You can't even convert a non-imbued field plate piece to imbued - the gem must be added to the recipe when the item is attempted.

I finally made one of these on my fourth attempt at it yesterday, after making a guildmate's Karana BP and leggings. Three three-sheet cultural items in 10 attempts is quite good for 194 skill. :)

Here's what it looks like on a human male:

Only two issues I have with it are;

1. It's heavy.
2. It's not a light source like my Ro BP is.
Gaphis above incorrect.

The Graphic above doesn’t look correct. I have one of these, and the color, and graphic looks like my old breastplate of Ro with a slightly tarnished look coloring. The one pictured above looks far cooler with a golden color about the color of a deepwater helm. what gives with that. Also what idiot at Verant decides on the recipies. If you are a follower of Mith-Marr I wouldn’t hold your breath about getting one of these cost more than they are worth harder than hell to make pieces of Armour.
Well, now I have no reason to smith anymore

Well, since 99% of the people who are followers of Mith Marr are paladins anyway, I have absolutely no reason to even bother with working my skill up to cultural smithing level. This is a &!^$@ Breastplate of Ro, which is infinitely easier to get than the diamond, jacinth, and tempers needed to make this piece of garbage...

Well, actually you don't need jacinth if you are a human...you just need the diamond. Friends donated their diamonds from raids to me so I was lucky.

Ok, so how much did this take to do and if it ever goes on sale, how much? I am practicing smithing, but my level is pathetic as I've been busy with a whole bunch of other stuff
WHERE CAN I FIND THE EXACT RECIPES?

Something nice to get your lvl 1 Paladin

Wow I'm kind of offended by that comment. As a human cleric that made this piece for my level 53 character, I find the extra wisdom nice for my cleric, and the AC is the same as my cleric quest BP. Yes, the Mithaniel Marr piece is excessively expensive since it uses diamonds, but some of us actually do smithing because it is rewarding to make something with stats using nothing but the raw materials. I am not interested in selling it to make a profit, which is a good thing considering your comment.
Well I like it

Congrats on making it. As a fellow smith I understand why we go through the trouble, and I would be very proud to wear this piece. I hope you're working on the legs now, since it's such a nice colour and would be a shame to just have it mixed and matched with some other ugly armour.

Yep, actually I made the legs first, since I have noticed they are usually a bit easier. The color is a little darker gold than the cleric quest armor, so I only clashed a little until I made the BP. :-)

Go to the Skills link on the left hand side of the page for this website. Then go to Blacksmithing Recipes Human-Freeport. It has a list of exactly what you will need.
