I think the certificate can be combined by itself in any baking related container. At least I know for a fact it worked for me in my collapsible mixing bowl.

In order to evolve your trophy to the proper level, equip the trophy, and then put the certificate into a baking container (mixing bowl) ... and hit combine.

Effect: Expert Artisan Satchel (Must equip. Casting Time: 10.0). This is the level 5/7 on the evolving item. Another update for the database.
