From what I have heard, and do not quote me on this (even though I am quoting another), is that the items are bugged and a fix is coming soon. Makes sense, because at first I thought it was a trend, but with this many lacking stats it doesn't seem to be a trend ...

Although I could be completely wrong, of course.
