They have what seems to be a unique graphic. I had a pair on my iks/male monk. They were dark pink...thats right, pink. On most races they look very, very nice. On iksar males, they look a little fruity. Sort of a 'Liberace meets Kermit the Frog' type deal.
The stats are excellent for an iksar monk. Let there be no doubt about their uberness. But if you're trying to get ya scaly, cold-blooded, eye-lickin self featured on a bottle of Sobe, I'd pick a different outfit.

Honestly, I'd have to say these are great for int casters every bit as much as for monks. The int bonus is nice, and a lot of high level int casters are looking for sta raises for survivability.
got some last night

off of a seahorse next to the zone. NBG'ed to me (I was wearing giant scailmail for hps previously), they have an awesom chain graphic when you unequip your robe. Not going to discuss the stats but just not I'm considered to be a very good enchanter and I have run my own personal test on charm and mez, and I wear these.
sigh

the stats are quite nice.. cept for the - cha.. and i wish people would quit saying it is good for fear. Psst I heard from some one that told some one else, who heard from his sisters dark elf trool cousin, who heard from a oger named honest joe, that if u u had really bad cha it will make u look like **** making u more scary. Which makes your fears more unresistable/ or last longer. :P I hope u people realize that fear is a magic resistance check and cha has nothing to do with it. Cha might effect duration.. but thats mostly with charms.. no one knows for sure so i wish people would quit saying it effects fear. I noticed a *** load of the BEST necro stuff is + cha too and there are some that are - cha as well. So i am gonna stick with what i know.. cha helps with charm, if i ever charm a ghoul i will feel pretty good that i dont have about 10 cha. and a greeny ghoul didnt break my charm cause i was ugly.
uber necro gear

This is kick butt necro gear. It's got poor but reasonable ac for caster. +int and neg cha for fears. + the other str/sta/resist stats help quite a bit.
I'd want em if I played necro

Is this a random drop from anything inzone or is this a specific mob drop from somewhere inzone?
Thanks

Terrible for any good SK. No armor class. These are caster pants.

I agree, horrible for a sk because of the low ac. Not just great for a castere though, also would be good for a monk, it fits verants mold of monk armor, low weight, low ac, str and sta boosts.

I completely agree, these are horrible sk pants, provided you are over level 10 :/
6ac on legs is just plain bad on an sk, but 6int legs with any ac is great for pure casters
