i have one but its not as good as this one and when i equip it i punch?just started playin EQ again was wondering is there something i'm supposed to do to it so i can use it? mine dmg 9 delay 24 ?!?! Alittle lost so hope someone can help me lol

Which is better the Arcblade or Blade of Disruption? I have a chance to buy both.
Also, the Runic effect on the Arcblade, does it absord 100 damage points every hit (e.g., 110 damage becomes 10 damage; 220 damage becomes 120 damage; etc.)?

I have both, i generally use the BoD most of the time, it has more damage and as a 62 im hitting for 241max with it, the Arcblade is just faster and has the 100 damage rune(proc) i havent figured out the max for that but havent seen it hit above 200.
I use the Arcblade for soloing low level stuff, and the BoD in groups for light blues and up.
the BoD is better, but it wont hurt to have both ^.^

Blade of disruption is 168 of efficeny and the arblade is only of 160.
Also BoD have a stun proc wich is helping greatly with keeping aggro and it has betther stats.
yeah arcblade proc a 100dmg absorb but BoD have 15AC on it. For the very little HP the arcblade proc would save you compared to betther stats,dmg,AC and hate proc of BoD. The choice is easy. BoD > arcblade. Thats why it sell for less then 2k on the nameless

I agree with the efficiency, but I do greatly wish so many mobs over 55 didn't totally fail to be affected by the stun proc.

I just picked up one today, for 12k. I already had a Blade of Disruption, but I figured that the Arcblade would be better for tanking. I auged in a https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=36229 (Faerie Luck Stone) and I noticed the difference in how much damage I was taking. The small DPS drop was not an issue for me, (Almost have my epic 1.5 for when I need DPS).
