yes, but farming is a major pita compared to this one. Look up drink of timeless energy.
Are there any other drinks (that are somewhat available to a non-uber player) that have better stats than this drink?

It is pretty much the best drink you'll find made and sold in the bazaar. Depending on a toon's needs, some might find a few of the other drinks better if they need saves more than they need base stats. Qeynos Afternoon Tea use to be available all the time until the zone the tea leaves are foraged from (East Karana) became obsolete. Now even those teas will sell for 100p on Stromm as the tea leaves are non existant. I regularily sell my Juice for 200p each on Stromm, some say this is high, but if they only understood how much foraging is involved in gathering them, and how long I spent to get my 300 skill they might understand. If you think about it, people will spend 100p easy for some buffs in POK that required nothing more than a bit of medding, but then those same people complain because brewers charge 200p or so for an item that is their bread and butter after they spent all that time skilling up to become a Master Brewer.

The nostrum's are now better drinks, but they are going for around 1000pp each on The Rathe server. They are only enduring, not miraculous, but this is no problem.
They are much easier to make too.

Yup that is true nostrums do have some nice stats

The safest place to forage for Emerald Orange, and also the fastest forage rate, is in Trakanon's Teeth - in the tunnel just before zoning in to The Swamp of No Hope. Few mobs are trained there and the Emerald Orange drop rate is almost twice the drop rate found in The Emerald Jungle. Also the forage loot table is much smaller in Trakanon's Teeth. Good Luck
To help out my fellow brewers (compiled from other posters - though I added where to buy poison vials from a vendor in PoK):
Berries and Fruit: Foraged in Field of Bone, Oasis of Mar, Lesser Faydark, Greater Faydark, East Commonlands (many zones)
Emerald Orange: Foraged in Emerald Jungle
Pitaya: Groundspawn in Sverag, Stronghold of Rage and The Devastation
Devastation: Go to the arena in East Freeport, loc is 831, -730, -52 (second right, first left in arena basement). Zone by touching the giant statue of Sullon Zek wielding a pair of battle axes. Zone in is safe with only the mission NPC, Oathmir the Outcast, standing nearby. To zone out, touch the wall at loc 164, 1370. This loc is right behind where you zone in and you'll notice a small depression in the wall marking the zoneline.
Pomegranate: Groundspawn in The Elddar Forest and in Arcstone, Isle of Spirits
Entrance to the Ruins of Takish-Hiz is in the new South Ro zone.
Rathe Berries: Foraged in Lake Rathetear
Sylvan Berries: Foraged in Lesser Faydark, Mistmoore
Mobs: Orcs, Brownie Scouts, Outcasts
Pearl: Buy from Darius Gandril or Kirem Deepfact in Plane of Knowledge for about 5p.
Mobs (too many to list, look up ‘Pearl’ in Allakhazam for names/zones).
Poison Vial: Buy from Loran Thu’Leth, Poison Supplies vendor in PoK, loc of n113, p1410, n106 (on the second story of the building where the fishing pool is). 1p5g7s5c

Looks like Juice of Quellious actually has +25 HP / mana / End. Saw some for sale in the bazaar on 3/1/06.
