these are best for a SK in my opinion, because of the sta and they wield alot of heavy weapons that hit hard and fast so they need alot of sta equipment. The int isnt that great for a caster and -cha does not affect fear on any charater just makes it harder to sell lots of stuff, and you gotta strip when you are selling/buying stuff
