I love it with my hast song. Good for when twinked and need to agro off fellow non buffed noobs. ;-D at 15 out of the bazaar cant beat the ratio.

I just bought this for 70pp the other day in EC on Xev. Great for me (being non twink and not having money for Wakizashi like i really want hehe), if i put it in main hand Double attack goes up like crazy, and if i put it in the off hand dual wield goes up like crazy. First really low delay weapon I've ever used and I love it (can't beat price too hehe). Just my 2cp.

ummm im a dwarf warrior and when im out of stamina my stats stay the same and i attack the same speed..
weakling human warriors and such with less than 100stamina suck :)

I would take my Cane of Tranquil + Yak over this, I hit for 43 as normal hit with the cane (I'm a ogre) Yak in the 30s, and I hit faster then wurmslayer
