Dot extension is on our TSS legs. Great neck item with 10% to alteration.

After the recent patch, this item now has Skill Mod: Alteration +12% and Nyhalea's Rancor (65% Magic Focus) on it.

If you were running Lucy's Item Collector, we'd already have the updated stats in the database.
The extended dot focus on Carved Blood Ice Choker(drops from same mob)would be much more useful to a necromancer then this item.
*edit 5/15*When I made this post the dot extention neck was the better item but I guess Merloc finally fixed this after months and months,wtg slackass.Specialize Alteration and Nhyalea's Rancor make this the better choice if you have the tss pants.
